Nylon wire and cable sheathed wires and cables have better electrical and physical properties than ordinary PVC insulated wires and cables: Nylon sheathed wires and cables have better heat resistance and have little weight loss when operating at high temperatures, which can improve the instantaneous resistance of the wires. Thermal overload capability can slow down or reduce the escape or migration of PVC components.

 

 

The specific models include 12 thhn wire, 3/0 thhn, thhn 2 awg copper cable, 5.5mm thhn, 60mm2 thhn wire, etc. THHN Wires and cables are corrosion-resistant, self-lubricating and oil-resistant.

Compared with PVC insulated wires and cables of the same cross-section, Thhn electrical wires and cables have the characteristics of small outer diameter, light weight, small static friction coefficient and corrosion resistance, which can improve the safety and applicability during laying. Nylon sheathed wire has a rated working voltage of 450/750V and is widely used in household appliances, aerospace systems, construction and lighting.

 

The long-term working temperature of the cable is 90°C or 75°C, the laying temperature is not lower than 0°C, and the bending radius should be not less than 4 times the outer diameter of the cable.
