Measures to prevent damage to high temperature silicone wire:

1. Repair of large joints: use a knife to cut both sides of the broken glue on the plastic layer along the circumference into a slope of forty-five degrees, clean and clean, with the same color and thickness, and the length and outer diameter. The edge diameter is the same as the plastic pipe where the glue is broken. On one side of the pipe, cut along the axis to form openings with an angle of forty-five degrees. Then use the same plastic strip under the welding of the hot air plastic welding gun to bond and weld, and then use the copper sheet to compact, compact and flatten.

2. Repair of large joints in the production process: During the production process, due to other reasons, the temporary stop, the sheath is disconnected, and the joint can be continued. Silicone rubber wires and cables have soft structure, convenient radiation, stable electrical performance in high temperature environments, outstanding anti-aging performance, and long service life. They are widely used in metallurgy, electric power, petrochemical, electronics, automobile manufacturing and other industries. Silicone wire is suitable for power transmission wires for fixed installations or mobile electrical connection cables for AC rated voltages of 0.6/1KV and below. Silicone wires have the characteristics of heat radiation, cold resistance, acid and alkali resistance, corrosive gases, and waterproofing. Teflon high-temperature wire has excellent corrosion resistance, almost insoluble in any organic solvents, resistant to oil, strong acids, strong alkalis, strong oxidants, etc.; has excellent electrical insulation properties, high voltage resistance, low frequency loss, and no Moisture absorption, high insulation resistance; excellent flame resistance, aging resistance, and long service life. The method is to cut the plastic (structure: synthetic resin, plasticizer, stabilizer, pigment) sheath into a forty-five-degree circular slope shape, retract it to the machine head, and extend into the mold core mouth. The inner length is three centimeters, and then run the glue. After running the glue, connect the layers of plastic  by hand while driving, and then reshape and repair.

3. The quality defect occurs on the longer length of the silicone wire sheath from one end, and most of the sheath of the other broken end is good, and the cable length is fixed, and the large joint repair method in the production process can also be used. Only after removing the defective end sheath, choose a larger mold (title: Mother of Industry) on the extruder, and extrude the sheath first, remove the sheath at one end according to the process, and gradually increase the traction at the large joint. The speed causes the sheath at the interface to be gradually thinned and covered on the original sheath which is cut into a slope shape, and will be reshaped and repaired after the machine is off.


Measures for waterproof of high temperature silicone wire:

Generally speaking, the waterproof rating, approval reference number and UL identifier are printed on the cable.
Household level-CMX level The lowest UL waterproof level in communication wiring. This is suitable for home or small office systems (OS) where each cable is laid separately. Such silicone wire should not be laid in bundles.
Pressurization level-CMP level This is the most demanding of the waterproof cable standards and meets the UL910 standard. This type of silicone wire is usually installed in the air return pressurization system used in the ventilation duct or air handling equipment.
Trunk level---CMR level This is the second-ranked waterproof cable, which meets the UL166 standard.
